AJ Plai
I tried looking for references in my encyclopedia and online to see what my North American horse tooth fossil might be from which specie, and it seems to resemble Hypsodont the most. Can anyone help confirm whether I am right or wrong? Thx!
Cris
Hello A.J. All species of horse are Hypsodont. It is a kind of dentition.. Horses, cows, etc. are hypsodont while we're brachydont. Your tooth appears to be from the genus Equus. -Cris
