jgcox
Got home and began inspecting the trilobites found at Penn-Dixie this past weekend. Found this head scratcher on the side of a slab my wife collected. Any ideas on ID?
piranha
This one is a Eldregeops (=Phacops). Lateral compression caused a slight folding of the axis.
snakebite6769
I agree with Phacops Rana now called eldregeops. And it was compressed along its central axis. Clearly Phacops pygidium. Cool finds! Congrats!

jgcox
Hey remember this compressed Phacops? Well finally got around to cleaning the excess slate and using a very small chisel was able to unlock this beauty. What I started with is displayed in the initial post above.
