That is a partial horse jaw. The symphesis is buried in the sand and didn't have any incisors intact. Still a pretty cool piece with sandstone and pebble conglomerate attached. As I've said before, don't let the light color fool you - the dark fossils are often just river stained. The other fossils are a gator and Holmesina osteoderms. I'm not sure of the point type.
