WilliamB
I'm new at this, but I've found a few things that caught my eye while hiking. I have no idea if these are fossils or just rocks. All of these are creek bed finds coming from eastern Kentucky. I'm trying to learn as I go, so any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Wrangellian
Looks like no one is willing to take a stab, so I will - bearing in mind I'm not familiar with the eastern Kentucky fossils.. Most of the blob-like things appear to be just blob-like rocks, maybe concretions. That long one is kind of suggestive... The cavities in #3 appear to be small fossil impressions. The last thing looks like it has plant bits (wood/bark impressions), probably Pennsylvanian in age. Keep looking, especially if you think you can locate the source bedrock where the fossils won't be so weathered!
Herb
All but the last 2 appear to be rocks, the last 2 look like they have plant impressions, probably Lepidodendron.
