Hi everyone!

I've got surprised with the high quality of the specimens displayed!!!

Congratulations Gery and everyone!

Here is a late miocene Clyreaster sp. sea urchin bearing a Balanus sp. barnacles colony. Recently found in my birth village of Panasos, Crete, Greece.

you have found the Clypeasters layer Astrinos!very nice sample,thanks for sharing! B)

Angulocrinus simplex with a pseudocidaris mammosa spine from the lower Kimméridgian of the pointe du Chay Charente Maritime

This thread always has some neat things in it to look at! cool finds everyone. Here's a recent find that I found out on one of Jeff's great adventures! A good sized Barracuda tooth in matrix within an Oyster shell. Plio-Pleistocene shell beds. Sarasota County, Florida.

Lets not exclude dinosaurs from this topic. What we have is a caudal vertebra string with tendons from a Tenontosaurus from the Cloverly Formation of Montana. Lodged in the middle of a couple of tendons is a raptor tooth from a Deinonychus. The tooth was not placed there but found during the prepping process.
