I often tell my wife while driving, "I wish, instead of passing deer, we were passing giant ground sloths." In some ways, this satisfies my desire to see them in person. I found this while browsing the site: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBaPXbtx8tY Its a video (in Portuguese) of mostly interviews with paleontologists and students working on the project.
