First Time To Post. Sharing My Frankstown Collection

Greetings all, When I was in college in Memphis in the late 90s my wife and I would take frequent trips to the Frankstown site in Miss. The best stuff went into this box. As my sons are now getting old enough to enjoy it and think about doing some fossil hunting again, I figured I would get this out of storage and show it off. Also, we are in the Virginia Beach area and would love to meet others in Virginia or surrounding states to learn good areas to hunt if anyone is interested in taking us under your wing. Thanks, Digger

Welcome to TFF Digger. Your post regarding Frankstown fossils is quite timely as they were being discussed in a different thread recently. You have a really nice collection there and quite the assortment. I think the shark teeth that you have labeled as Otodus might actually be a type of Cretalamna shark tooth, possibly C.appendiculata or something similar.
