Show Us Your Mud Cracks

I saw the thread "Show us your ripple marks" and thought I would start one on mud cracks. Here are a couple pics along Hwy 58 in south western Virginia. Sorry for the lack of scale representation in the photos. These are pics of a road cut. So think big.

Here is a mud crack I collected at another location in south western Virginia near the town of Norton.

Mud cracks in possible tidal flat deposit in Pennsylvanian Westerville Limestone, Kansas City, Missouri:

Mostly when I'm collecting. Butt I have no pics of it thank heavens. ;)

Many times I've wondered how much there is to know.
