coalfield Posted July 31, 2014 Share Posted July 31, 2014 (edited) While searching for fossils in creeks around coal bearing deposits in Eastern KY, I came across a creek stone that appears to have a fossilized foot print embedded. Regards, EDIT - Pretty sure it's not a footprint - looks like a clast or inclusion, (maybe limonite?) that has weathered out of the stone.
