Shark Tooth From Lee Creek

Hi :-) Here is a tooth I found in Aurora last weekend. Can't be sure it is a tiger shark or a snaggletoothed shark. The shape is somehow too symmetric for a tiger but the serrations look smaller than a standard snaggletoothed... Thanks for the help!

umm.. apparently amber can also be found at lee creek? but i am not sure about this.

I'm CRAZY about amber fossils and just as CRAZY in general.

Yes. You can see some at the elasmo website link in post 2 above. Look under Topics and then Slideshows. It is titled "Pungo Amber".

What you have is a Grey Shark possibly a Carcharhinus obscurus. Nice haul on your other items.
