Juvenile Centrosaurus.

Triceratops

Recommended Posts

A juvenile Centrosaurus stares in wonder at an early moth. I played around with this picture on the computer a wee bit.

Hope you like it! :)

Looks nice. May I suggest using darker values? I use charcoal mainly. I did use pencil. But with pencil you could only get from your paper white to grey. Not that big a range. And then your darkest colours have graphite shine, which really take away the depth and darkness of the picture. If you make your darkest parts (usually around the eye, definitely the pupil, nostrils, mouth etc) almost black, then you'll see your picture will pop better. Darker parts on the dinosaur will draw your eye to those locations. Hope this helps and keep drawing!
