fossilized6s
It's not fossilized, if that's what you're asking. ~Charlie~ "There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask why.....i dream of things that never were, and ask why not?" ~RFK ->Get your Mosasaur print ->How to spot a fake Trilobite ->How to identify a CONCRETION from a DINOSAUR EGG

Auspex
It does not appear to be very old. Probably historic. cowgirlfossils
Could be a bob cat by the size... something bigger in the cave may have eaten it!
Auspex
It is very difficult to determine its size in the picture; there is a serious perspective problem with the location of the ruler. I guestimate that it is just over 9 cm (3 1/2")? jpc
Could be a bob cat by the size... something bigger in the cave may have eaten it! No bobcats in Europe... Wild cat, yes, maybe.
Napoleon North
The skull is about 8 cm.
Diceros
Going by the skull sutures, I'd say a young adult domestic cat (Felis catus), with left and right canines and third and fourth upper premolars (lightly worn). The alveoli for the tiny reduced first molar are present, but the teeth have fallen out, as have the premaxillae. Useful as a comparative specimen.
