My first impression is that it has significant restoration, partially hidden with glued-on matrix.

The are real Spino teeth that are pretty beat up. The glued on matrix is typical of hiding problems with the tooth

The value of a fossil is the value of the imagination you invest in it. :)

(We really cannot appraise fossils here.)
