Foram-Mike
Dear Colleagues, our Working Group on the Oligocene Kasseler Meeressande portrayed 122 specimens. The environment was a shallow, relatively warm bay. The WG consisted of the avocational scientists Karl-Otto Bock, Dieter Ketelsen, Werner Baubkus and me. The optical images are made by Dieter Ketelsen. Please note, that the objects are between 0,4 to 1 mm (=400µm to 1000µm) From left to right we have the genera Miogypsina, Pararotalia and Cibicides. Find all images at http://www.foraminifera.eu/loc.php?locality=Kassel%20G You may find similar specimens in your Oligocene material Michael Foraminifera.eu Project Hamburg, Germany 2 Foram-Mike, Owner of www.foraminifera.eu So far we show 12000+ images of foraminifera online for free Send us your images, samples and specimens to enlarge our coverage
