It appears to be a Strophomenid Brachiopod.

I am unfamiliar with the area, but THIS PDF may be helpful.

EDIT: Try comparing with Mesoleptostrophia sp. on pages 85/86 of the PDF.

Oh, thank you! Fits very well with where I found it just a few km away from Sandvika. And especially picture 5 on page 85 looks a lot like it.
