paleoflor
To me it looks like a pebble/rock fragment (limestone perhaps?) in a conglomerate. Is the locality known for petrified wood? Searching for green in the dark grey.

abyssunder
I think I see predation marks of tube worms along one margin and one side of the specimen, also layered structure in transverse plane and "ribs/folds" in longitudinal plane, what reminds me of a bivalve shell, maybe from an oyster.
