Hope someone can help me with ID this .., it could be maybe a Taramelliceras (?) And the back (not so nice): Many greetings from Germany ! Have a great time with many fossils Regards Sebastian
Guguita2104
Nice ammo ! That's very hard to say something about your fossil...It's very exciting, but I can't give you an Id because it's a bit worn. Maybe some expert as Ludwigia can help you better than me. StormDancer
Looking at the shape, it maybe phylloceras sp? although its hard to say as I do not know your location and the ammonite is very worn. Nice find.
Ludwigia
It would help to have a look at the keel, but I think it's probably a Taramelliceras, although it's not possible to name the species since the inner whorls are nonexistent. Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/

Ludwigia
I'd like to see the keel in order to determine for certain that it's a Taramelliceras. The only way to get close to determining the species would be to know exactly which horizon it was found in. Greetings from the Lake of Constance.
