It's also worthy to note that those reconstructions literally have terrible hands. Both pictures have secondary feathers on the ulna. But neither have primary feathers on the hand. Which is a bit weird. Since it was an Ornithomimid and those are very close to birds it probably was fully covered with feathers including it's hands.
