Nimravis
To help keeping this thread going I will post one of my favorite pieces of petrified wood. Here is a slice of Brazilian Permian life, please meet Psaronius brasiliensis.
Innocentx
Very nice example. It makes me want to sit on an ancient beach. "Journey through a universe ablaze with changes" Phil Ochs
Wrangellian
I have posted these before, but what the heck... I have always liked this photo, though it is not the best photo I could take of this one because it's before it was cleaned and repaired, but something about the lighting from the shed window, etc. Also this one has been posted before (I promise this is the last time), but I think I did well getting a sense of the location, weather, etc, of the day I found this Uintacrinus. "Spot the crinoid!" (red arrow) The angle of the sun was perfect for highlighting the contours of the (mostly) impression. I have closer-up shots elsewhere.
Nothos
I especially like this multi-spiny ammonoïd from my collection. It's a Dimorphotoceras subclarissae from the upper Triassic from Timor.

Bobby Rico
Also not quite a fossil but a spearhead with fossilized glue and fibre. Sorry but the glued fibres need best to be seen though a magnifying glass.
Uncle Siphuncle
I've always liked this one of my kid with a mammoth axis vert. 3 Grüße, Daniel A. Wöhr aus Südtexas "To the motivated go the spoils."
