Max fragmento
Hello FF This is a a recent find from private land near Lusk Wyoming. Lots of Oreodonts and turtles in the area. I think it is a distal femor. I think. The shaft feels too thin for the heft of the epiphyseal end. A condyle is broken off on one side. The patellar groove(if I am right about it being a femur) seems so much on the end of bone rather than rolling around from the cranial aspect like I expect with mammals. jpc
Somehow I missed this post. Yes, it looks like a distal femur, but I cannot say which animal.
