The yellow one looks like either quartzite or agate, to me. 

Not a fossil.

I am just a newbie but I think the first one has a chance to be a trilobite possibly, where did you find it?

Life started in the ocean. And so did my interest in fossils;).

They were found in South Dakota. 

The first one is definitely an orthocone cephalopod. ;)

Fossil dude 19 you are most likely right about the first one, but I can't really see the second one

It might be a good idea if the OP could take another picture of the second item without the blur. Preferably, the picture should be taken in natural light, straight on from the top with something in the frame to show scale.
