hockeygoon
Is this anything? If it is something, what's unusual is that I found a broken drill artifact at the same spot and there is a perfect circle that appears drilled in the back of the possible claw or tooth. Found in northeast Ohio.
Troodon
Welcome to the forum. Sorry to disappoint you but it's just a concretion and not a claw or tooth. Very suggestive shaped which is common in mother nature. Teeth typically have enamel surfaces on them which is lacking.
westcoast
This is probably an iron mineral concretion. They can take a huge variety of forms and sometimes look like fossils or even have fossils inside them but I'm not seeing anything in yours.
