The imprint looks like a pebble was loosened/ cell out of it... izak_ Posted July 20, 2017 Share Posted July 20, 2017 Hmm, thats interesting. The broken part (on the first picture) looks exactly like broken bricks laying around our house. I am convinced it is un-natural. Maybe someone used it as a cement on conglomerate rocks, or a course gravel, or maybe put gravel on the cement for aesthetics. If it was a conglomerate rock, one would think there would be evidence of larger pebbles still in the rock. Bozark Posted July 20, 2017 Share Posted July 20, 2017 It could either be a conglomerate or a brick- composition of both varies tremendously on the formative process. If you could tell us where it was found we could be more certain- if there's no formation with red sandstones then natural conglomerate is right out.
