Not a bone. It looks like iron oxide has filled some cracks. The texture is only in the iron oxide and surface of the rock.

There is no internal bone structure.

I do not think we understand. I'm all about not oxides. I cleaned and pulled out of the rock block. The spoon came out.

The color of the second part is different because it did not dry out with water.

It would help if You use a solid color background for Your pictures. 

Also can You take a picture of the end of it?

I am still not seeing a bone here. But may change My opinion with more views of this piece.
