fifbrindacier
Wonderful finds Malcolm. "On ne voit bien que par le coeur, l'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux." I am a big believer that where there is one or two there are more..... I'll certainly put my best shoulder into it. I'll have about 11 hours there, and will also need to split time to trawl the crush piles and be on the hunt for trilos. I also have a return engagement to a spot where I think I left a second piece of Constellaria. The weather looks to be all sun, and not too hot for some good exertion. ...How to Philosophize with a Hammer
Northern Sharks
Break out the Golden Drool Bucket for this one. It just doesn't get much rarer than a double edrioblastoid, with a crinoid thrown in for good measure. 2 There's no limit to what you can accomplish when you're supposed to be doing something else
Jeffrey P
Congratulations Malcolm. Before you're finished Astrocystites might not be rare anymore.

Malcolmt
D. Thanks for posting the vintage material. I did not have these. I only had the Leigh paper. These are really neat little creatures. I am hoping that by further excavation of the same spot which is quite difficult to work because it is in a wall 10 feet above a pond and about 5 feet below the top of the wall will perhaps reward me with some more and what would be really nice would be for them to have a different orientation. With Kane coming to help this weekend with his big strong back hopefully we will literally be able to move mountains. I will try to take a few pictures of the excavation site to give you all a perspective...
