Shamalama Posted September 20, 2017 Share Posted September 20, 2017 Nice finds! It's too bad that most of the Eastern PA carboniferous yields specimens with low contrast. Hard to make out all the details that are there. Here are my takes on the ID's: Pic 1 is Alethopteris (at bottom) with a side view of an Asterophyllites. Pic 2 has some Lepidodendron bark on the left. Pic 3, 5, 6 & 7 are Neuropteris Pic 4 is Alethopteris 2 -Dave __________________________________________________ Geologists on the whole are inconsistent drivers.
