Cluros
Hi. Can anyone tell me the air psi range for a Paletools Micro Jack 3? Also, what are the lubrication requirements. Thanks, Andy
Ptychodus04
90-125psi. For lubrication, a few drops of pneumatic tool oil in the air inlet for every 8 hours of work will keep it happy. RJB
I run 110 psi with all my paleotools and also use less drops of oil in the wintertime. RB

Is this because the cold temps increase the viscosity so the oil stays in the tool longer? Cluros
Thanks for the info. My scribe wasn't working and it is practically new so I didn't want to run too much pressure through it. Thanks.

Often, the scribes require a gentle tap on the side of the shaft (not the stylus) against the work bench to get them to fire up.
