Fossil Claw
I have this trilobites and is labeled as a Kainops williamsi. I could not find any trilobites by this name. I'm pretty sure it's mislabeled. Based on a review of trilobites from the area I believe this to be a Kainops invius
Fossildude19
Maybe Kainops raymondi ? Can we get a clear shot of the pygidium from above? piranha
The specific epithet "williamsi" is associated with Kettneraspis williamsi. The photos are blurry, but based on the proportions of the eyes, it appears to match better with Paciphacops campbelli. Please post a sharply focused photo of the eye lenses to determine which one you have. figures from: Hansen, G.P. (2009) Trilobites of Black Cat Mountain. iUniverse, Inc. Glitchy software! As I suspected, label it: Paciphacops campbelli
