JohnBrewer
In a general pm chat with @Haravex I showed him some Isle of Wight vertebrae. With this one Matt wasn’t convinced that I was right on my ID which I was leaning towards juvenile iggy. Now looking at it I agree with him. Let’s get a few more opinions. Brook Bay, Isle of Wight, Lower Cretaceous, Wessex Formation 2 John Map of UK fossil sites

Troodon
Looks more like an Iggy caudal. Attached photo is a caudal of Neovenator just look at where the process attaches on the centrum. The centrum is round not U shaped like yours.
LordTrilobite
This vertebra looks quite similar to my Mantellisaurus reference. Though I don't have scans of it right now. The centrum on Mantellisaurus seems a little more slender than your specimen. But it's similar enough that I'm gonna say it's likely Iguanodontid. Some reference for Neovenatorid. Caudal centra of Aerosteon, a Megaraptoran. 2 Olof Moleman AKA Lord Trilobite
