WEITD ROCK FOUND HERE IN WESTERN NM. resembles a bunch of teeth?  you guys are the coolest.  dino skin?

+1 for concretion. 

No enamel for teeth. No bone texture. 

Geological in nature, I'm afraid.

The strange shapes mimicking something else suggest concretions with high-level iron content.

It would be interesting to have the equipment to look inside and see what the minerals were congregating around, if anything. Another mystery that will probably remain one.
