Do you have a coracoid from a bird roughly the size of Pelagornis sp. that you could post a picture of?

Thanks in advance.

No, I don't :( . Dare I ask why? Do I need to make a trip down to the museum?

Members of that family achieved wing spans of up to 20 feet (over twice that of the (similar but unrelated) White Pelican. I would not expect them to have a particularly similar morphology, but size-wise, the White Pelican's coracoid is +/- 137mm long and rather robust. Pelagornis is described as a dynamic-soarer, and so may have more structural similarities with an albatross; this interpretation would suggest a proportionally shorter coracoid, not much longer than the sternal end is wide.

I know this is a whole lot of not-very-useful off-gassing on my part  , but it's all I got.
