Reptile or dinosaur from Ganzhou

Any idea if this is a small dinosaur or reptile?  It’s found in Ganzhou, China.  I’m sorry these are all the photos I got from the fossil collector.

Really cool piece, but amazes me how they butchered this thing.  Really sad.  It would be interesting to be able to finish the prep though.

Yes, unfortunately they are using excavator to dug up fossils at the site, and then remove the covering matrix in a rough way.

And yes, imo really bad prep work...

This is an articulated skeleton.

But since 90 percent is still with matrix, no serious determination is possible, imo.

Maybe @Troodon is able to say more - dentition may give a first, rough direction.

The teeth look lizard-like,... to me. 

Reminds me of the fossil in this thread, from Mongolia.
