Natalie81
Hello, A while ago I bought these 2 bones from South Dakota. The seller told me that it would be raptor, a vertebra and a femur. Can I get confirmation from somebody? Thank you
Troodon
Brightened photos to get a better view I'm not sure what you have. Looks like part of the process of a vertebra but a big jump to say its from a raptor . Does not look like a limb bone and not from a Theropod. Possibly a tendon?

Oh thank you, the pictures are much better! So even you have no idea? Kevin mentioned that you are an expert in dinosaur material. Natalie

Bone fragments like the second item you show are very hard to identify because there is nothing diagnostics to point the way. Your first item, at least contains features and holding it, for me, would be better that photos. There are other folks on the that might look at these and instantly provide you an answer so let's see if others say.
Haravex
Ok for starters I have not read the other comments on purpose I have only briefly seen the pictures but first impression is the first piece is perhaps a vertebrae process piece of an unwomn animal, and second reminds me very much of a rib section.
jpc
I also see ossified tendon in the so-called femur.
Troodon
Let me add that tendons are commonly found in tge Hell Creek with the hadrosaur Edmontosaurus

The second is most likely not a long bone, there are no processes which would indicate it is, that said they could have weathered down. Most likely it is either an ossified tendon or rib based on the parallel fibers which can see seen along its surface. They could be from a maniraptoran but there is nothing which I can see to support that idea, not really enough to say much at all on who they might have belonged to.
