Plantguy
Hmmm, wow that's a large chunk...My brain thought vert piece too and maybe calcaneus due to that general shape..I'm just guessing and shouldnt even do so with something partial...Lets see if Harry has the time for a look and there is enough there... @Harry Pristis Regards, Chris
Harry Pristis
Consider it might be a whale ulna, but I don't have one to compare. 1 http://pristis.wix.com/the-demijohn-page What seest thou else In the dark backward and abysm of time? ---Shakespeare, The Tempest
Miocene_Mason
Getting a whale limb vibe as well. I have a squalodon humerus, but it doesn’t look like this. “...whilst this planet has gone cycling on according to the fixed law of gravity, from so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been and are being evolved.” ~ Charles Darwin Happy hunting, Mason

sharkdoctor
Below is a photo of a whale ulna I recently found while out with @gizmo (Not even dry yet). At first I thought your bone might be a whale humerus, but the articular surface on the left of picture three is in the wrong place. Is picture one oriented in the same direction as the other two photos (left to right)?
