Hmmm, wow that's a large chunk...My brain thought vert piece too and maybe calcaneus due to that general shape..I'm just guessing and shouldnt even do so with something partial...Lets see if Harry has the time for a look and there is enough there...

Getting a whale limb vibe as well. I have a squalodon humerus, but it doesn’t look like this.

Below is a photo of a whale ulna I recently found while out with @gizmo (Not even dry yet). At first I thought your bone might be a whale humerus, but the articular surface on the left of picture three is in the wrong place. Is picture one oriented in the same direction as the other two photos (left to right)?
