Fake Morocco crocodile?

Great photos, much better. Pretty much all the bone I see looks real at least. The matrix has definitely been altered to make a better display piece (or possibly to hide any repairs or damage).

That middle bit is still bothering me. The bone in the middle looks real. But I think that it is at least repaired along those breaks. But some of the patterns seem to go extend from one end to the next piece of bone. So that makes it more likely the pieces belong together.

So this seems like a pretty good skull, with some repair, or possibly some composition in the middle of the snout.

the sand was covered in tiny micro fossils bits of teeth and bones so it was hard to tell if it was fake.

I think it's a reconstruction with parts of differents specimens
