LiamL
I had a great day fossil hunting yesterday! I found my first crocodile vert! Which are even rarer than ichthyosaur verts on the yorkshire coast! Then i found articulated 4 and a half icthyosaur verts! With 3 neurals, will polish up great! It had been a very slow month for finds then i have a fantastic day like this 8 Yorkshire Coast Fossil Hunter

LiamL
Edit I’ve been told Judging from the strong lateral keel on the vert, I’d say that this is a mid-cervical vertebra of the long-necked plesiosaur microcleidus! Theres 5 neural archs attached to them, not sure if they’ll be able to be prepped though becaude so thin. Probably just polish. 3 Yorkshire Coast Fossil Hunter
