Dino bones difficult to identify

Hi !

 

I submit you these 2 dino bones from late Cretaceous of France.

I know they are partial and thus difficult to id, but with the experts of TFF we never know ;)

 

Dimensions about 12 cm each

Can the top one be a centrum of a vertebra.  Any chance of extracting the second one from the matrix to get a better view
