steffi233
After fossils hunting in the North Sulphur River, I decided to go and check out Post Oak Creek in Sherman, Texas. I found 83 teeth there in one day, some of which I am interested in getting identified. These teeth are from the Upper Cretaceous period. gigantoraptor
The first three seem to be Squalicorax sp. It's a crow shark. I am not familiar with the species at your location. The other two might be Cretolamna sp. It's a mackerel shark.
sixgill pete
It would help to get positive identifications if we had good clear, well lit in focus pictures of each tooth individually. Both sides. Also using an American coin for scale does a disservice to our international members. They have no idea of the size of a U.S. quarter. Please give accurate measurements or use a ruler, preferably in millimeters.
