Troodon
Definitely a controversial subject that has been addressed by several paleontologist. The latest writing is a blog which Ive attached by noted paleo reconstruction specialist Scott Hartman. In his blog he addresses the case for and against lips. In his own word "I’m putting lips on all my non-beaked non-avian theropod skeletal reconstructions". More will be written but its an interesting read. http://www.skeletaldrawing.com/home/the-lip-post1 Tom Carr's lipless Daspletosaurus Article in Live Science that discusses Carr's no lips Daspletosaurus https://www.livescience.com/58474-new-tyrannosaur-had-no-lips.html
Pumpkinhead
I like to think that they all had lips and used them frequently for dinosaur smooches
ynot
Fish have lips, amphibians have lips, reptiles have lips and mammals have lips. Why would dinosaurs be lipless? (except the ones that had a cariton beak like birds.) Just an amature's opinion. 2 Darwin said: " Man sprang from monkeys." Will Rogers said: " Some of them didn't spring far enough." Flx
Soft tissue has been found on the skull of Camarasaurus E.T. that is on display at SMA. It seems that only the tip of the tooth crowns was protruding the tissue. https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12542-016-0332-6 Summary: https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/laelaps/looking-camarasaurus-in-the-mouth/
