Peace river scute of some kind

I found this yesterday in the Peace River and only really looked at it now, I think it’s an armadillo scute but I’m not %100 sure. Help is appreciated!

It's a giant armadillo (Holmesina sp.) osteoderm, not a scute which is a keratinous layer over the osteoderm.  Scutes don't preserve as fossils.
