anastasis008 Posted July 7, 2019 Share Posted July 7, 2019 Hello, so next week i will be o vacation on an island in Greece and i was wondering if its possible to find shark teeth there and how to, i dont know a lot about searching for fossils and if sharks lived there to create them in the first place but i am willing to try so if you could suggest places that fossils could possibly be found like specific places in beaches, mountains or anything you have in mind i would be really thankful. I don't really know the geology of it, but came across this: So, yes, it is possible to find shark teeth there. Try to search here on TFF, I'm sure you will find information. I don't know if you could find fossils on that island. But while I was in search I came across other papers of other places in Greece that contain fossils.
