fossil found washed up on the shore of Seneca lake in upstate New York. Thanks in advance for any help:)

Definitely a rugose coral. If you look around you'll probably find more. I used to find a lot of them at a lake in Wisconsin when I was a kid. If you keep looking you eventually develop an eye for them and can find some very impressive specimens. They are commonly known as horn corals because of their shape.
