FossilChick1996
Back again! My fossil hunting partner and I have found a killer spot here in North Florida. We've found a collection of things thus far (left to right)-- partial meg (would have been a pretty decent size), juvenile meg, dugong rib (with feeding damage, found next to juv meg), a shark tooth I can't identify (serrated), and an unidentifiable bone. We've also found turtle shell, lemon shark teeth, whale vert and lots of bone! Any ideas what the ID of smaller tooth and bone are?

caldigger
"Any" looks like a real cuddle bunny. Are you sure that Meg is juvenile? It might just be a tooth that is further back in the jaw ( posterior position ).
Praefectus
Nice finds. I believe the other tooth is a lower from a bull/dusky Carcharhinus sp.
Abstraktum
Really nice finds! That's definitely a Felis catus from the Holocene
