Bone ID request to prep

The seller identified this as a dinosaur bone in matrix.  I have two questions (1) Is it a dinosaur bone, (2) Should I prep this fossil to bring out more details or leave it as is?Toe impression 1

Thanks for the information although a little disappointing.  That makes the choice of prepping easier.  I am curious to see what it actually looks like unmasked...  Thanks again.

Looks like some sort of conglomerate rock. 

The inclusions look like quartz/quartzite.

Is that the same seller who sold you the "dinosaur toe cast"?  I would not be very trusting of that seller.
