    Comments

A complete specimen of the Early Jurassic holostean fish, Semionotus sp. - Species indeterminate - possibly S. micropterus?

This was found on plate with 2 other partial individuals.

    East Berlin Formation of Connecticut.

Unusually good preservation of the fish from this site.

The skull is weathered and dephosphatized, due to previous exposure to the elements.

I found this plate on 09/14/2014.
