Rucks PIt is open again! But only at particular times. The Rucks Pit Crystal Clam Festival is a public dig event that allows folks to dig their own crystal clams at this world-famous site. The event takes place once or twice a year and is hosted by Pacific GeoLab, the group which holds the lease on the property. Next event is March 2026. Go to pacificgeolab.com for information.
