Mississippian Redwall Limestone Fossils, Arizona
This Phillipsia Tuberculata trilobite pygidium was collected on the Mogollon Rim in northern Arizona. It is about 2cm long, and is an internal cast of the inside of the pygidium. this trilobite is the only one found in the entire Redwall limestone!

Carboniferous Fossils from Lawrence County, Missouri
These are all fossils my kids and I have found hunting on our property. They're from Osagean Series limestone (a mixture of Keokuk and Burlington), which puts these objects in the lower Visean or upper Tournaisian, i.e. the lower Mississippian.- Album created by KFof
