Leptosphinctes sp. (Buckman 1920)

4cm. Shell preservation. This is just part of the phragmacon of a larger specimen which would have been at least twice as large. Found stuck in a stone on a field near Geisingen and freed from its imprisonment after a few hours of preparation. Garantiana Zone, probably Tetragona Subzone, Upper Bajocian.
