My father was born in 1911 and he collected fossils for almost 55 year - I am collecting fossils for over 50 years now. My home town is Darmstadt, Hessia - Messel is only a stone's throw away and Solnhofen not too far. I have to travel a lot (right now I live in Shanghai), like to sift through local markets and stores and, yes, I am persistant and greedy....
