All ammonites run under the name Ancolioceras opalinoides. These were assigned to the genus Staufenia by Rieber in 1963, but Dietze, Rieber etal have revised the genera in December 2014 to the above. The largest has a circumference of 9cm. Upper Aalenian, Achdorf Formation, Murchisonae Zone, Sinon Bank. From the Wutach Valley.
